Skill: Easy to moderate

Materials:
Crochet Hook – I/ 5.5MM
Yarn – Worsted Weight (4) or Cotton -C1 - Light Green, C2 – Dark Green
            Red heart With Love/ I Love This Cotton by Hobby Lobby
Yarn Needle

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (sl st)
Single Crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Stitch (st)
Skip (sk)
Change (Chg)

Special Stitch – Flower Petal Cluster Stitch (clst)
*Yarn over, Insert hook through Stitch and draw up a loop,
Yarn over, pull loop through the 1st 2 loops*
Repeat From * to * 2 more times. You will have 4 loops on Your hook.
Yarn over and pull the loop through all 6 loops

Size: Youth to Adult (18 to 20 inches)

Notes:
Chain 3 at beginning of rows counts as double Crochet.
Rounds are joined with a Slip Stitch.

R: 1 - With C1, ch 3, 9 dc in the 3rd chain from the hook,
 Join with a slst (10dc)

R: 2 - ch 3, 1 dc in the same st as ch3, 2 dc in each dc, join (20dc)

R: 3 - ch 3, 1 dc in the same st as ch3, *2 dc in the first st, 1 dc in the next dc*
Repeat From * to * around, join (30dc)

R: 4 - ch 3, 1 dc in the same st as ch3, *2 dc in the first st, 1 dc in each of the next 2 dcs*
Repeat From * to * around, join (40dc)

R: 5 - ch 3, 1 dc in the same st as ch3, *2 dc in the first st, 1 dc in each of the next 3 dcs*
Repeat From * to * around 10 times, join (50dc)

R: 6 - ch 2, ch 3, 1 dc in the same st as ch3, *2 dc in the first st, 1 dc in each of the next 4 dcs*
Repeat From * to * 10 times, join (60dc)

R: 7 - 1 dc in each dc, join ch3 (60dc)

R: 8 – Chg to C2 leaving C1 attached, Ch3, 1 dc in the same st as the ch3,
*Sk the next dc, 2 dc in the next dc*, Repeat From * to * around, join. (60dc)

R: 9 –Chg to C1 leaving C2 attached, ch1, 1 sc in the same st as ch1,
*2 sc sts in between the next 2 dc* Repeat From * to *around, join. (60sc)

R: 10 - Chg to C2 leaving C1 attached, Ch3, 1 dc in the same st as the ch3,
*2 dc in the between the next 2 sc*, Repeat From * to * around, join. (60dc)

R: 11 – Repeat R: 8

R: 12 – Repeat R: 9, tie off C2

R: 13 – Repeat R: 8

R: 14 – Ch3, 1 dc in each sc, join

R: 15 – Ch3, 1dc in each dc, join

R: 16 – Ch3, 1 dc in the 1st 25 dc, chg to C2 leaving C1 attached,
 1 cl st in the next dc, Sk the next 3 dc, 1 cl st in the next st,
Chg to C1 leaving C2 attached, 1 dc in the next 30 dc, join.

R: 17 - Ch3, 1 dc in the 1st 25 dc, chg to C2 leaving C1 attached,
 1 cl st in the sp between the 2 cl sts of previous row, ch3, 1 clst in the samr sp,
Chg to C1 leaving C2 attached, 1 dc in the next 30 dc, join,
Tie of C2 leaving a 12 inch tail of yarn for the clover stem.

R: 18 – Ch3, 1 dc in the 1st 25 dc, 1 dc in the top of the 1st cl st,
3 dc in between the 2 cl st, 1 dc in the next cl st,
1 dc in the next 30 dc, join. Tie off C1.

R: 19 – Chg to C2, ch1, 1 sc in each dc, join, tie off, Weave in your ends.

Use the 12 inch tail of yarn to Embroider on a stem for your Clover.
