The Cotton will absorb the sweat and you will look great, too.

This pattern is For Men, Women and Kids because it is
so easy to adjust to fit anyone.
Sweatbands, or Headbands
I made these from 100 % cotton

I go to the gym Monday, Wednesday Friday.
Its cold in the morning so I want a headband to cover my ears---
But I sweat when I workout so I wanted a sweat band....
So---WA-LA!
2 widths - 2 inchesand 3 inches

I wear it across my ears on the way to the gym,
Then slide it up around my forehead for work out time.
And they are totally washable!!!

Herb Garden

Well, it has been a little over a week
since I planted my seeds for my herb garden.

As you can see there is some growth,
but a few seeds haven't come up yet.

This is Cilantro
My favorite Herb to grow and cook with!

This little tray is a pack I bought.
It contains, Cilantro, jal. papers, Tomatoes and lettuce.
I will transplant these to huge pots in the
backyard when they are ready.

These are the herbs I am growing in the pots on
The spiral plant rack.(pic above).

Spring is just around the corner!!!!
