Cowl Crochet Pattern Collection | Posh Pooch Designs

Cowl Crochet Pattern Collection
By Sara Sach of  Posh Pooch Designs

I have put together a Crochet Pattern Round Up of
10 of my most popular Cowls.

What is a Cowl?
A Cowl can be defined as a scarf that is joined together,
or designed in a circle, or loop.
An Infinity Scarf is a continuous scarf with a twist
 to resemble the infinity symbol.
Just a little FYI.

Click the name of the pattern you want to see,
it is the link
to where the Free crochet Pattern is located.

And A Bonus Cowl -

I prefer a cowl over a scarf,
as I am always losing my scarf.

The Christmas Pickle Ornament Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

The Christmas Pickle Ornament Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of
Do you Know the History of the
 "Tradition of the Christmas Pickle"?
According to Martha Stewart, No one does.
Read Her Post at This LINK

I was quite interest after living in Germany for a few years,
and could not find anyone who had heard of it.
So decided to do some searching on my own.
Apparently it's not German. But it's still a Fun tradition.
Here is how the tradition works
After the kids are tucked in bed,
hide a pickle ornament, not a real pickle,
on the Christmas tree. The First one to find
it in the morning get s a special surprise.

It's fun because it is silly and the pickle is green
like the tree, so it's hard to find.
I think the winner should get a big jar of gerkins.

Hanukkah (Chanukah) Jar Luminary and Cozie | Posh Pooch Designs

Hanukkah (Chanukah) Jar
Luminary and Cozie
By Sara Sach of

I have a wonderful friend who is Jewish and asked me
to design some gifts last year for her Hanukkah Party.
You can find the Patterns and Video at this LINK

When she saw the Jar Cozies that I had designed recently,
she asked if I would design a Luminary Jar Cozie for
her to give to her guests at this years Hanukkah  party.
Yes, I am honored to!

The Jar Cozie I designed for her is intended to be used
as a luminary. It can also be used as a jar cozie for
treasures and toys.
It can also be used for drinks, or decorations.
It is very easy and quick to stitch up and
makes a great gift to give to your guests, friends and family.

If you would like to learn about Hanukkah History and Traditions, I have found
this wonderful LINK.

It's a basic Cozie Pattern to customize with any colors.
