I have a Fun Free Crochet Pattern for everyone.
It is a great way to use your
The Pattern can also be worked with 1 strand
of med (4) Worsted Weight yarn.
These are both stitched up using Red Heart Super Saver

Materials:
Hook - H / 5.00

Bon Bon Yarns - small amount of assorted colors of Sport Weight - 2 strands
You can also use Worsted weight if you use only one strand.
Button -1 1/2 inch Button

Optional stuff -I have also attached a key ring, hook and fun charm
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single Crochet (sc)
Single Crochet 2 together (sc2to)
Size: Measures 6 X 3 inches closed

Notes: We will be using 2 strands of the yarn through out the project.
I randomly changed colors for a fun colorful effect.
We will be working in rounds - no joining
R: 1 - Ch2, 4 sc in 2nd ch from the hook. (4 sc)
R: 2 - 2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 3 sc (5 sc)
R: 3 - 2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 4 sc (6 sc)
R: 4 - *2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 2 sc*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (8sc)
R: 5 - *2 sc in the 1st sc, 1 sc in the next 3 sc*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (10 sc)
R: 6 - *2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 4 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (12 sc)
R: 7 -*2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 5 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (14 sc)
R: 8 - *2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 6 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (16 sc)
R: 9 -*2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 7 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (18 sc)
R: 10 -*2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 8 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (20 sc)
R: 11 - *2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 9 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (22 sc)
R: 12 -*2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 10 sts*,
Repeat From * to * 1 time, (24 sc)
R: 13 - *2 sc in the next st, 1 sc in the next 11 sts*,

R: 14 - 1 sc in each sc, (26sc)
R: 15 - R: 17 -Repeat R: 14
If you have longer scissors, you can add more rows here.
R: 18 - Making the flap, sc in the 1st 16sc, turn, ch1
R: 19 - Sctog the 1st 2 sc, 1 sc in the next 12sc, sctog the last 2 sc, turn, ch1
R: 20 - Sctog the 1st 2 sc, 1 sc in the next 10sc, sctog the last 2 sc, turn, ch1
R: 21 - Sctog the 1st 2 sc, 1 sc in the next 8sc, sctog the last 2 sc, turn, ch1
R: 22 - Sctog the 1st 2 sc, 1 sc in the next 6sc, sctog the last 2 sc, turn, ch1
R: 23 - Sctog the 1st 2 sc, 1 sc in the next 4sc, sctog the last 2 sc, turn, ch1
Trim and Button loop :
1 sc in the next 3 sc, ch 5, 1 sc in the next 3 sc,
evenly sc down the side of the flap, sc around the case opening,
evenly sc up the flap, join to 1 st sc, tie off weave in your end.
Sew on the button, centering it on the front of the case.
Add a key chain, hook and charm if desired.

Thanks for this cute pattern! Actually had to add quite a number of extra rows for long scissors, but it still worked out great! I added just a little bit of polyfilling at the tip of the case to keep the scissors from poking through! Works great!
