Skill : Super Duper Easy
Materials -
Crochet Hook - G
1 stitch marker to mark rounds ( is use a piece of different
color of yarn.
Yarn - Worsted Weight (4) 1 oz each of 4 colors of choice,
1 oz of
white, small amount of brown.
I used Red Heart Super Saver - C1 - Spring Green
C2 - Lavender
C3 - Medium Pink
C4 - Auqua
Fiber Fill Stuffing - 4 oz.
Yarn needle
Stitches -
Chain (ch)
Single Crochet (sc)
Single crochet decrease ( sc dec)
Double Crochet ( dc)
Size - approximately 12 inches around
Gauge - 4 sc = 1 inch
We will be stitching in the round, so no joins at ends of
rounds.
Step 1 -
R : 1 With C1, ch5, make a loop, 8 sc in the loop ( 8sc)
Mark this st, with your st marker and move up each round.
R : 2 - 2 sc in each sc (16sc)
R : 3 - 1 sc in each sc ( 16sc)
R : 4 - *1 sc in the 1st st, 2 sc in the next st* Repeat
From * to * around
(24 sc)
R : 5 - *1 sc in the 1st 2 sc, 2 sc in the next sc* Repeat
From * to * around
(32 sc)
R : 6 - *1 sc in the next 3 sc, 2 sc in the next sc * Repeat
From * to * around
(40 sc)
R : 7 - 1 sc in each sc (40sc)
R : 8 - *1sc in the
next 4 sc, , 2 sc in the next sc * Repeat From * to * around
(48 sc)
R : 9 - *1sc in the next 5 sc, , 2 sc in the next sc *
Repeat From * to * around
(56 sc)
R : 10 : 1 sc in each sc (56sc)
R : 11 - *1sc in the
next 6 sc, , 2 sc in the next sc * Repeat From * to * around
(64 sc)
R : 12 - *1sc in the
next 7 sc, , 2 sc in the next sc * Repeat From * to * around
(72 sc)
Should measure about 6 1/2 inches
