These Cute little Easter Egg Stuffies are so sweet and fun.
I originally made these a few years ago with
2 strands of WW (4) yarn.
And they were adorable!

I love the New Red Heart Essential Yarn, and decided
to make some with it. They turned out so pretty
and will make a lovely Easter decoration.

Crochet Hook – J/ 6.00MM
Yarn- Bulky
(5) I used Soft Essentials by Red heart Yarn - 1 strand of yarn
Or Worsted Weight (4) 2 strands of yarn
Or Worsted Weight (4) 2 strands of yarn

Stuffing - Small
Amount

Slip Stitch

Single
crochet (sc)
Half Double
Crochet (hdc)
Double
Crochet (dc)
Size: 5.5 X 6.5 inches
Notes:
Ch 3 counts
as a double crochet
Ch1 does not
count as a stitch.
Rounds are
joined with a Slip Stitch.
When
Changing colors, ch3 or ch1 after the color change.
R: 1 – Ch 5,
form in a circle
Ch3, 9 dc in
the circle, join. (10dc)
R: 2 – Ch3, 1
dc in the same st as the ch 3,
*2 dc in
each dc* Repeat From * to * around, join ( 20 dc)

Join to the
1st sc, (30 sts)
Tie off
weave in your ends.
Put the front and back together, right sides out. slst around sewing the front
and back together.
Leave about a 3 inch opening, stuff and finish sewing closed with slsts.
Tie off and weave in the ends.

You could fill the eggs with candy and leave an opening, or
you could fill with beans for fun bean bags.
