 of a Stitch are, and how to crochet into them.

Crochet hook - H/ 5.00MM

Our Practice Project is a "Pretty Bow"

Skill: Easy

Materials:
Crochet Hook - H / 5.00MM
Yarn - Worsted Weight (4) 1 color
Yarn Needle
Scissors

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Single Crochet (sc)
Half Double crochet (hdc)
Double crochet (dc)
Back Loop Only (BLO)
Front Loop Only (FLO)

Size: 3 X 4 inches

Notes:
Ch1 or Ch2 Does Not Count as a Stitch

R: 1 - Ch 11, 1 sc in the 2nc ch from the hook,
1 sc in each ch across, ch1, turn. (10 sc)

R: 2 - Working in BLO 1 hdc in each sc, ch2 turn, (10 hdc)

R: 3 - Working in the FLO 1 dc in each hdc, ch1, turn ( 10 dc)

R: 4 - R: 14 - Repeat R : 2 and R : 3. alternating the rows.

R: 15 - 1 sc in each hdc, 

Put the ends of the bow together and slst together.
Tie off leaving a 18 inch tail of yarn.

Wrap the tail of yarn tightly around the center to form a bow.
tie off and weave in your ends.
