🍍Summer is coming and I need some fun cozies for my
fits a
standard 16 oz
canning jar.
I used a screw driver
and a hammer
to make the hole
in the top
for the straw.
The Cozie measures
About 5 inches tall
X 9 inches around

Yarn –
Worsted weight (4) 3 Colors – Yellow – C1, Gold – C2, Green – C3
I used Red Heart Super Saver (Cotton
yarn will work also)
Yarn Needle
Mason Jar
with Lid – 16 oz.
A Straw

Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch

Space (sp)
Change to

Shel Stitch
(shst) – 3 dc in the same st
Size: Fits a 16 oz. Mason Jar

in the 1st dc, *1 sc in the next dc, 2 sc in the next dc*
Repeat From
* to * around, join to 1st sc, ch1 (36sc)
R: 4 – 1 sc
in the 1st sc, *sk 2 dc, shst in the next dc, sk 2 dc, sc in the
next dc*

* to * 5 times, join to 1st sc (6 shsts)

Chgto C3, 2 sc in each ch2 sp around, join to 1st sc, tie off weave
in your ends.
Leaf: Make 3 –
With C3, ch
9, slst in the 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sl st in the next 2 chs, sc
in the last 5 chs,
Turn working
down the opposite side of the ch,
1 sc in the
next 5 sc, 1 slst in the last 3 chs, join with a slst to the 1st
slst.
Tie off weave in your end. leave the beginning tail for attaching to the cozie.

Now, fill it with your favorite cold drink,
put the lid on, add a straw and
start relaxing.
I just need to find some of those little umbrellas.
