Top This Lil Beach Bag Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

Top This Lil Beach Bag
Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach of
This Bag is super easy to stitch up because it is all stitched in Double Crochet Stitches.
It is designed using one of the fun yarn kits that has
a stuffed animal on the top.
You can use a "Top This" or "Lil Topper" or any
of the similar style yarn kits.
I have found them at Michael's, Hobby Lobby and Joann Fabrics.
Or just use any worsted weight yarn(4) or cotton yarn
 you have on hand.

The bag is the perfect
size for a young girl
 or boy to
 take to the beach.
or use to stash
their treasures in,
measuring about
9 inches tall.

This Bag I worked up in
Cotton yarn I had
on hand,
to test the pattern.

It's now my Little
project bag.
And it fits great right
in my purse.

Live With Sara - Adding Beads to Your Crochet | Posh Pooch Designs

Live With Sara
Adding Beads to Your Crochet
By Sara Sach of

See The Video on My Youtube Crochet
 Channel at This LINK

Although there are many other ways to add beads to your crochet projects,
there are 2 ways I prefer.

1. Sew the beads on after I have
completed the project
I crocheted these collars and then sewed
the beads with a needle and thread.

2. String On Before I crochet theProject
On This Slouchy hat I strung the beads on
 the yarn before I started.

Then I added then as I crocheted the project.

One of my favorite crochet projects with beads,
is making necklaces.
I Love to use vintage beads, or beads from necklaces that broke. Combine them and make new pieces.

And This is what I am demonstrating in our live Video today.
Crochet necklaces with beads.

The Canning jar is great for canning, of course,
but it also makes a nice glass to drink a nice cold
 beverage from.
It is also the perfect vase and planter.
And a pen, marker, pencil or crochet hook holder.
Add a candle or tea light for an evening get together.
They make great party favors or teacher gifts, too.

Whatever you are going to use yours for, they are
fun to make and give as gifts.
I prefer to drink an ice cold tea from mine.

Live With Sara - "Chain, Chains, and More Chains" | Posh Pooch Designs

Live With Sara

My Granddaughter is visiting From Oklahoma.

Today's Questions.
Chains, Chains, and More Chains!
Chaining seems simple,
but sometimes it is not.

Oh No, I have too many Chains?
If you have the right amount of stitches,
but too many chains, just take out the unneeded chains.

Now I don't have enough Chains?
You thought you chained the right amount of chains,
but keep coming up short.
But don't panic. You can add more stitched by using
 Foundation Stitches.

Foundation Stitches can be used For Single Crochet,
Double Crochet, and Half Double Crochet, also.
Here is a link to How to  FDSC - LINK
I Do have plans To demonstrate the Other Stitches, as well
