White - C1, Blue -C2, Pink – C3, Orange and Black - Small Amount

Jar – 16oz. Canning Jar
Led light
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Single Crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Half Double Crochet (hdc)
Half Double Crochet (hdc)
Back Loop Only (BLO
Front Post Half Double
Crochet (fphdc)
Change To (chgto)
Size: fits a 16 oz. Canning
jay (5 inches tall)
Notes:
Rounds are joined with a
Slip Stitch

Pattern:
R: 1 – With C1,
Ch5, join in a circle. Ch3, 11 dc in the circle, join, Ch 3. (12 dc)

R: 3 – Blo, 1 sc in each
dc around, join, ch 3. (24 sc)

Nose:
With Orange, Ch 4, 2 dc
in the 4th ch from the hook,
ch1, turn, slst in the next 3 sts,
ch1, turn, slst in the next 3 sts,
tie off leaving a 10 - 12 inch tail of yarn
for sewing nose on face.
Eyes and Smile:
Embroider on eyes and
smile with black yarn according to the picture,
using long stitches.
Weave in your ends being careful not to show the black yarn through the White yarn.

Little Pompom:
Wrap 1 strand each of each of the 2 yarns, wrap your four
fingers 12 -15 times.
Cut a 12 inch piece of matching yarn and push it
through the hole and tie the loops tightly.
Trim loops evenly to form the pom
pom. Attach to top of the snowman's hat.
Add a bow, button or flower in place of the Pompom
Make a set to give as a gift!
