Skill: Easy

Materials:

Crochet Hook – I / 5.50 MM

Yarn- Worsted Weight (4) 3 oz.
          The Demo is Done in Red Heart Ombre/ Jazzy

Yarn Needle

Stitches:

Chain (ch)

Double Crochet (dc)

Skip (sk)

 Space (sp)

Foundation Double Crochet (FDC)

Size: 33 X 6 inches (approximately)

2 dc = 1 inch, 1 row = 1 inch
The repeat is multiples of 4 FDC 

Notes:

Ch 3 Counts as a dc

Rounds are joined to the ch 3 with a slst

R: 1 – 66 FDC, join in a circle without twisting. (66 FDC)

(There will be a small gap at the bottom of the join,

we will close the gap when finished)

R: 2 – ch3, 1 dc in the next st, *ch 2, sk 2 sts, 1 dc in the next 2 sts*

Repeat From *to * around, ch2, sk 2 sts, join.

(16 ch2 clusters, 34 dc = 66sts)

R: 3 –Sl st in the next dc, slst in the 1^st ch 2 sp, ch2, 1 dc in the same sp,

*ch 2, 2 dc in the next ch2 sp*

Repeat From *to * around, ch2, sk 2 sts, join.  

16 ch2 clusters, 34 dc = 66sts)

R: 4 – R: 7 – Repeat R: 3

R: 8 – ch 3, *1 dc in the next 2 dc, 2 dc in the next ch 2 sp*

Repeat From * to * around, Join. (66 dc)

R: 9 – Ch 6, slst in the 3rd ch, ch 3, sk 2 sts,

*sl st in the next st, ch 6, slst in the 3rd ch, ch 3, sk 2 sts*

 Repeat From *to * around, join to the 1^st slst.

Closing The Gap:

Thread the tail of yarn on your needle, st a few stitched to close the cap.
