join in a circle, ch3, 9 dc, join to ch 3, ch 3 (10dc)
R: 2 – Dc in
the same st as the ch3, 2 dc in each dc around, join, ch3 (20dc)
R: 3 - Dc in
the same st as the ch3, 2 dc in each dc around, join, ch3 (40dc)

Line up the
handle evenly and slst in place, tie off weave in your ends.
I did notice that the Project Bag made with Bernate Pop is a bout an inch longer and wider.
So keep that in mind when making your bags. And remember To measure as you go.
