Let's Answer a Few Questions?
1. Why does my yarn have knots?
All yarns can have knots. it's normal.
When yarns are machine spun, they tie not when a big spool runs out. and you are given a few extra yarns of yarn to fix it.
2. Why does my skein look like it's been cut?
There a few ways this can happen. If the person opening the box to stock at the store, Uses a box cutter and accidentally cuts the yarn.
Anther way is some stores display the yarn is wire baskets, the edges of the baskets are sharp and it can be easily cut. I have even cut my finger on one.
3. If There is a knot or my yarn is cut,
what do I do.
If you purchased the yarn locally, take it back to the store and exchange it, or get your money back.
If you purchased it online, contact the company and they will exchange and replace it.
