I Designed This simple But pretty Cowl
crochet pattern about 7 years ago. I wanted to up date the
pattern since the yarn I originally used was not available
any more.
It's a great way to use of of those striping yarns and cakes
and make a lovely cowl. I decided to use Yarnspirations
Caron Cakes in the colorway of Funfetti. It is a med (4) weight
yarn and It's bright and colorful, exactly what I
was looking for.
If you do not have a cake or skein of yarn with color changes,
that is fine because you can choose whatever color you prefer.
I decided to roll each of the 5 colors into a separate ball
so I could control the color changes. And I would be able to
chose which colors I wanted to use for the tie.
It worked lovely into 5 even striped of color.
