I had so many people ask me for an easy flower Crochet

 pattern to go along with The Patriotic Pattern Series, 

so I decided to update a flower pattern that I 

designed May of 2014.

I forgot how much I loved it.

It's a pretty flower that is super easy.

I added it to my summer hatband.

And it will will look lovely on lots of projects like hats,

 bags, scarves, cowls, or worn pinned to

 your favorite sweater.

An remember you can make these in any colors of your choosing, it does not have to be patriotic colors.

Patriotic Poppy Crochet Pattern

Please Add This Crochet Pattern to Your Raverly Faborites
 
Skill: Easy
 
Materials:
 Crochet hook – H / 5.00 MM
Yarn – Med (4) Acrylic – Small Amount of 2 colors (C1, C2)
Yarn needle
 
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Double Crochet (dc)
Triple Crochet (tr)
Change to (chgto)
 
Size: 3 x 3 inches
 
Pattern:

R: 1 – With C1, Ch 5, join in a circle, Ch3,(ch3 counts as dc)
11 dc in the circle, join to the ch 3 with a slst
(12dc)

R: 2 – Chgto to C2,
*ch3, 3 tr in the next dc, ch3, slst in the next dc*
Repeat from * to * 5 More Times, join to the 1^st dc with a slst, tie off.
Weave in your ends. (6 petals)
