When I Google it, it comes up both ways,

I decided to up date the Pattern with

  1. I looked in Mirriam Webster dictionary online and the 2n spelling comes first no matter what way you enter the word so I guess they're both acceptable but the 2n is more common. Your bandan(n)a is cute!

  3. Sorry jan, not really sure what you did, but if 35 works, that is great. This pattern can be made bigger or smaller very easily.

  4. This pattern has been corrected. (The 9 was transpossed as a 7 which through off the rows.) Jan this is probably what caused your rows to be off. thanks, Sara

  5. In rows 4-9 are you supposed to do 2dc then ch1? or just 2dc?

  6. Hello,
You stitch 2 Double crochets in the first ch 1 space, then you stitch 2 double crochets in each chain 1 space across, then chain 3, turn. YOu do this pattern for rows 4 - 9.
    Hope this explains it better,
    thanks,
