Crochet hook – H/ 5.00 MM
Yarn – Worsted Weight (4)
Yarn Needle
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Double Crochet (dc)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Skip (sk)
Size: 6 X 6 inches
Note:
Ch3 counts as a dc.
Rounds are joined to the ch3 with slst
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2, 3dc, and 3dc, ch2)
Ch3 counts as a dc.
Rounds are joined to the ch3 with slst
R: 1 - Ch 5, form into a circle,
ch3, 2 dc, ch 2 in the circle, * 3dc, ch2*
Repeat From * to * 2 more times,
Join to ch 3, slst to the next ch2 sp
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2)
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2)
R: 2 - Ch3, 2 dc, ch2, 3dc in the 1st ch2 sp, ch2 ( 1st corner)
*3dc, ch2, 3dc in the next ch 2 sp*
Repeat From * to * 2 more times,
Join to ch 3, slst to the next ch2 sp
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2, 3dc)
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2, 3dc)
R: 3 - Ch3, 2 dc, ch2 in the 1st ch2 sp, ch2
3dc, ch2, 3dc in the next ch 2 sp,

R: 6 - Ch 3, 1 dc in each of the dc across,

R: 7- ch1, sc evenly to the next corner, sc, ch2 sc in the ch2 sp of the corner,
sc evenly to the next corner, tir off and weave in your ends.
Remember to Make 4 each,
of the 12 Squares.

Hello Sarah, please advise if I'm reading the pattern wrong but it looks to me like row 2 & 3 need to start with a corner. Also, is there no 2ch sp after a corner, only after the single set of 3? Mary Jane (from Australia).
