Double Crochet (dc)
Foundation Double Crochet (FDC)
Skip (sk)

V Stitch (V st) – dc, ch1, dc in the same st
Size:
Blanket - 48 W. X 72 L.
1 FDC = 1 inch
2 Rows = 3 inches
Multiples – 2 + 5 FDC
Notes:
Ch3 Counts as dc
Ch1 Does not Count as a st

R:1 – People
Blanket - 45 FDC, ch 3, turn. (45 FDC)
Option 2 For R: 1 - Ch47, dc in the 4th ch from the hook, ch3, turn.
Option 2 For R: 1 - Ch47, dc in the 4th ch from the hook, ch3, turn.
1 dc in each ch across, ch 3, turn
R: 2 – 1dc
in the next dc, sk1 dc,
*V st in the next dc, sk 1 dc*
Repeat From * to * 19 times,
1 dc in the last 2 dc, ch3, turn (4dc, 20 V sts)
R: 3 – 1 dc
in the next dc, *V st in the ch1 sp of the next V st*
Repeat From * To * 19 More Times, 1 dc in the last 2 dc,
Ch3, Turn (4 dc, 20 V sts)
R: 4 – R: 44
– Repeat R: 3
*V st in the next dc, sk 1 dc*
Repeat From * to * 19 times,
1 dc in the last 2 dc, ch3, turn (4dc, 20 V sts)
Repeat From * To * 19 More Times, 1 dc in the last 2 dc,

Ch1 after R: 44, and turn.
R: 45 – 1 sc
in each sc across,
2 sc in the corner, evenly sc down the side of the blanket,
2 sc in the next corner, evenly sc across the bottom of the blanket,
2 sc in the corner, , evenly sc down the side of the blanket,
2 sc in the corner, join to the 1st sc, ch 1
2 sc in the corner, evenly sc down the side of the blanket,
2 sc in the next corner, evenly sc across the bottom of the blanket,

R: 46 – 1 sc in each sc around, join, ch 1
Use a smaller crochet hook to weave in your
ends.
