 basket with a K / 6.500 MM Crochet Hook.

Materials:
Crochet Hook - K/ 6.5.00 MM
Yarn - Med (4) Acrylic Yarn 6 oz. total
Yarn Needle
 
Stitches:
Chain, (ch)
Slip Stitch (sl st)
Single Crochet (sc)
Half Double Crochet (hdc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Skip (sk)
 
Size: 17 inches long
Fits 16 inch or shorter baby dolls
 
Notes: 
Basket is stitched using 2 strands of yarns held together
Rounds are joined with a sl st
Ch1 does not Count As a st
Ch 2 does not count as a st
Ch 3 does not Count as a st
 
Pattern:
 
R: 1 - 
Holding 2 strands of yarn together,
Ch 33, 3 hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook,
 1 hdc in next 29 chs, 3 hdc in the last ch, (36 hdc)

working down the opposite side of the ch,
3 hdc in each 1st ch, 1 hdc in the next 29 chs, 3 hdc in the last ch,
 Join to 1st hdc, ch 2 (36 + 39 = 72 hdc)

R: 2 - 2 hdc in the 1st 2 hdc,
1 hdc in the next 34 hdc, 2 hdc in the next 4 hdc,
 1 hdc in the next 34 hdc, 2 hdc in the last 2 hdc
 Join to the 1st hdc, ch2 (80 hdc)
 

R: 3 – 
1 hdc in each hdc around, join, ch 2 (80 hdc))

R: 4 – Repeat R: 3, ch3

R: 5 - 1 dc in each hdc, join to ch3, ch 3 (80 dc)

 R: 6 – R: 7 - Repeat R: 5 (80 dc)

R: 8 - Cross stitch Row - Cross back to the previous dc before the ch3 and dc,
*skip next dc, dc in the next st, cross back and dc in the skipped st*,
Repeat from *to* around, join to 1st dc, ch 3. (80 sts)

R: 9 - 1 dc in each dc, join, ch 3 (80 dc)
 
R: 10 - Repeat R: 8 (80 dc)
 
R: 11 - 1 dc in each dc, join, ch1 (80 hdc)

R: 12 – Sc in the next 15 sts, ch 15, sk 10 dc, sc in the next 30 dc,
Ch 15, sk the next 10 sc, sc in the last 15 sc join to the 1 st sc, ch 1
(60 sc, 30 chs)

R: 13– Sc in each sc, and in each ch around, join, 
to the 1st sc, tie off weave in your ends.
