Scrap Happy Woodsman Cowl Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

 Scrap Happy Woodsman Cowl
Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

I designed The Woodsman Cowl with the guys in mind.
I have received lots of requests for crochet patterns for
men, but it's a great cowl for girls, also. It is The Scrap
Happy Crochet Pattern For September. It's supposed to be
getting cold soon and a warm cowl will be needed.

The cowl is stitched holding 2 strands of medium (4)
yarn together. I chose woodsy colors of brown,
beige, tan, greens in solids and variegated. I even
added a touch of rusty orange. I used Acrylic yarns,
but you can use any fiber of choice. I was thinking
of people who love to be in nature and wanted
 to use those colors.

This crochet pattern is a very easy pattern,
and a great "grab and take" project. It is basic repeat
row of half double crochet stitches,
stitched in the back loops only.
I love the thick and warm texture it makes
with the 2 strands. I added 2 button loops and
some big wooded buttons, for a little style.
You know I love big wooden buttons!
