Little Top This Lovies Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

Little Top This Lovies
 Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

A Friend purchased several of these on sale,
and asked if I had a pattern For a Lovie For them.
I did not, so I made her one and am sharing it with you.

I am very happy with how the pattern turned out.
It will work great for the "Lil Topper" or "Top This" Sets,
as well as, any Med (4) yarn.
These lovies make great Baby shower gifts,
especially if you need a gift last minute, because they
stitch up really quick.

Top This Lil Beach Bag Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

Top This Lil Beach Bag
Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach of
This Bag is super easy to stitch up because it is all stitched in Double Crochet Stitches.
It is designed using one of the fun yarn kits that has
a stuffed animal on the top.
You can use a "Top This" or "Lil Topper" or any
of the similar style yarn kits.
I have found them at Michael's, Hobby Lobby and Joann Fabrics.
Or just use any worsted weight yarn(4) or cotton yarn
 you have on hand.

The bag is the perfect
size for a young girl
 or boy to
 take to the beach.
or use to stash
their treasures in,
measuring about
9 inches tall.

This Bag I worked up in
Cotton yarn I had
on hand,
to test the pattern.

It's now my Little
project bag.
And it fits great right
in my purse.

and changed to the matching ww (4)yarn.

R: 15 - R: 16- 1 dc in each dc around, join, ch 3
Tie off and weave in after R: 12

Drawstring:
With 2 strands of the matching Yarn, ch 100, tie off.
Place a Knot in each end of the chain, trim evenly.
Weave the chain through R : 11 about every 6th dc.
Tie  the ends together.

Adding The Topper:
Attach the topper securely to the front of the bag, using the ribbons and
provided in the kit.
You can also sew it in place with matching yarn and needle, if you wish.

I am heading out to search for some more styles to make
 for my grandkids.
And I just saw on line some have footballs!
