Today's FRIDAY FUN DAY 
project is The Father's Day Mustache 
Coffee Mug Cozies. It's a great gift
 for any time of the year.


Dad, I Mustache You a Question?

The Coffee Mug Cozies will fit an average size mug
that measures about 4 inches tall and 10 inches around.
But it is super easy to adjust to larger or smaller mugs.


I designed mine if medium (4) Acrylic yarns.
 You can use cotton or any fiber you like, just 
make sure it's medium (4) weight yarn.
And Any colors you like as well. 
remember mustaches come in all sorts of colors.

Father’s Day Coffee Mug Cozy With Mustache Applique Crochet Pattern

Please Add This Crochet Pattern To Your Ravelry Favorites


Skill- Easy

Materials -
Hook: H/ 5.00 mm.
Yarn: Med (4) Acrylic C1 - Blue – 2 oz.
                Trim C2 - Beige – 1 oz.
                Small amount for Mustache – beige
Yarn Needle: to weave in ends
Standard Size Coffee Mug. 4 Inches Tall X 10 inches around
 
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip stitch (slst)
Single Crochet (sc)
Half Double crochet (hdc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Skip (sk)
 
Pattern:


Coffee Cozy Pattern:

R: 1- With C1, Ch10, sc in the 2nd ch, 1 sc in each ch across,
 turn, ch 1 (9 sc)


R: 2 – Sc in each sc across, turn, ch 1 (9 sc)


R: 3 - Sc in each sc across, turn, ch 1 (9 sc)


R: 4 – R: 35 – Repeat R: 3
 

Test The Cozy on the mug you have chosen.
If it's too long, do less rows,
If it's too short add more rows.

R: 36 – Chgto C2, Sc evenly across the top of the cozy,
*Sc in the 1st sc on the side of the cozy, ch 8, sk 7 sc, sc in the last sc*
Sc evenly across the bottom of the cozy,
Repeat from * to *, join to the 1at sc, tie off, weave in the ends.


Put it on the mug of choice over the handle of the mug.




Mustache Applique Pattern:

Ch 16, slst in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th ch, sc in the next, hdc in the next,
2 dc, in the next, hdc in the next, sc in the next,
hdc in the next, 2 dc in the next, hdc in the next, sc in the next,
 slst in the last 3 chs, tie off, leaving a 12 inch tail of yarn.

Remove The Cozy from the mug and 
Place the Mustache applique on the front of the cozy and stitch in place.

The Cloudy Day Pocket Scarf is a great Father's Day gift, 
but The ladies will also love Scarf. It's a wonderful scarf
 for both the guys and the girls.
 The scarf is a a simple pattern and it fun stitch up.
the Pattern is what I call, 
"Sort of The Basket Weave Stitch".
It's similar but not exactly.
It has a wonderful texture, and those big roomy
pockets will make this scarf your favorite.

I Know Summer is upon on us, but I always get
 asked for new scarfs for Father's day. And you can 
start your Christmas presents early, because 
everyone will want one.
Don't Forget to make one for Your self.

Puzzle Cotton Yarn
Med (4) Weight
57% Acrylic 43 % Cotton
