Materials:
Crochet Hook - H / 5.00 MM
Yarn- Med (4) Any Fiber
Yarn Needle

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Single crochet (sc)
Double crochet (dc)
Triple Crochet (tr)

Size: 5 X 2 Inches

Pattern:
R: 1 - Ch 15, 1 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook,
1 sc in each ch across, (14 sc)

Working down the opposite side of the ch,
1 sc in each sc across, join to the 1st sc (14 sc)
Ch1
(14 + 14 = 28 sc)

R: 2 - *1sc in the 1st 2 sc, dc in the next sc,
2 Tr in the next dc, 1 dc in the next dc*

Repeat From * To * 1 more times

2 sc in the next 2 sc,
1 dc in the next dc, 2 Tr in the next 2 dc,
1 dc in the next dc,

Repeat From * to * 2 more times,

Sc in the next sc, ch 5, slst in the 2nd ch,
slst in the next 3 chs, sc in the same sc,
and in the next sc, join, and tie off,
