Kittens In A Row Washcloth Crochet Pattern

This is such a fun Crochet Stitch Pattern And
the shell stitches are stacked to look like kittens.
The Long Double Crochet Stich looks like the paws.
It's So Cute!
I just had to use this pattern For
The September Washcloth.
The Kittens In A Row Washcloth is the Washcloth for
September, in Our Year Long Crochet a Long,
For The 2020 Washcloth of The Month.
There are 9 so far, And there will be a total of 12,
One For each Month.

Shell Stitch (shst) 2dc, ch1, 2dc in the same st
Crochet Hook – H/ 5.00 MM
Yarn – Med (4) Cotton) 4 or 5 Colors of Choice (total 2 oz.)

Shell Stitch (shst) 2dc, ch1, 2dc in the same st
Long Double Crochet Cluster Stitch (Ldccl)
Yo, insert hook in the next st 2 rows down
yo, pull the yarn through the st, yo,
pull the yarn through
the 2 loops on the hook
Repeat 1 more times –
You will have 2“uncompleted dc”
YO, pull yarn through
all 3 loops on the hook
Multiple – 4 + 11 chs
3 Rows = 2 inches (1 set of kittens)
3 chs = 2 inches
Ch3 Counts as a dc
Ch3 after the color change when changing colors

Sk the next 3 chs, 1 dc in the last 3 dc, Turn, ch 3

LDC in the sp between the next 2 shst 2 rows below, 1 sc in the last 3 dc,
Do not cut yarn.
Trim:
Evenly sc around all 4 sides of the washcloth, place 3 sc in each of the 4 corners,
Join to the 1st sc, And Repeat, tie off and weave in your ends.

Ch1, sc in the next ch1 sp, ch1*
Repeat From 8 to * 5 More times,
LDC in the sp between the next 2 shst 2 rows below, 1 sc in the last 3 dc,
Do not cut yarn.
