1/2 C dark Choc. Chips
1/2 Cup Sugar Free Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Oats - Quick or Reg.
Teaspoon Vanilla
Olive Oil Cooking spray
Melt the chips, add the peanut butter,
oats and vanilla.
Sprinkle a few oats on the bottom
of a Glass dish.
Poor mixture in, smooth with spoon spayed
with olive oil.
Put in the frig for about an hour.
But into bars.
Enjoy!
