The Fall Aspen Wrap Shawl Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach Crochet

 The Fall Aspen Wrap Shawl
 Crochet Pattern

By Sara Sach Crochet

The Fall Aspen Wrap Shawl is designed using
The Premier Just Yarn ombre in the Mustard Ombre color.
When I started working on This Wrap Shawl
it reminded me of the trips we had taken
to see the Aspen Trees in the Fall in Rocky
Mountains of Colorado. The Aspen Trees are
stunning shades of bright yellow to gold leaves.

The Fall Aspen Wrap Shawl is a rectangle wrap shawl.
And it can also double as a lap blanket. It's a lacy shawl
perfect for when the weather cools down some.
For those cool mornings and evenings,
when it's not quite cold enough for a sweater
or coat, and you just want a little extra warmth.

I took these pictures myself with my digital
camera, the last trip we took to see The Aspen
trees with Maximo and Rosie, our Chihuahuas.
I love this picture of them.
They loved to have their picture taken
and were amazing models, and so photogenic.
I miss them everyday.

It's an elegant shawl and can add a touch
 of glamor to any outfit.
Both, Dress up and Casual wear will look
great with this Shawl.

I chose to make my shawl with the Mustard
Ombre color because I love omre yarns and
I love the color yellow. You can stitch your shawl
up in any color or colors you choose.
I really think an Ombre or gradient yarn works great
with the stitches designed in this pattern.

Spider Web Hot Pad And Pot Holder Crochet pattern By Sara Sach Crochet

 Spider Web Hot Pad
 And Pot Holder Crochet pattern

Happy Friday Fun Day!
It is time to start thinking about Halloween.
The Stores are full of costumes, masks and candy.

I designed a fun, Spider Web pot holder and hot pad
It's so cute and just a little creepy,
and very fun to decorate with. Give one to each
guest of your Halloween party to keep to
remember what a fun time they had.

Add Some Plastic spider decorations for fun,
or candy spiders,
if you are using them as decorations.

As far as my color choices, I just used some
Acrylic and Cotton yarn from my yarn stash.
Use Cotton if you are using them as actual hot pads
and pot holders, but acrylic is fin if it's just
for decorations.

Make them in lots of different colors,
add some cute spiders, and you are all set for
a Halloween party, or get together.
They can also be used as place marker for your
friends and family, and when the party is over,
they have a fun party favor.
