“HOME” Wall Hanger 2025 Crochet Pattern Crochet Along By Sara Sach

 “HOME” Wall Hanger 2025
Crochet Pattern Crochet Along
By Sara Sach Of Posh Pooch Designs

I am so excited and looking forward
to this year's Crochet Along!

So What Is Our Crochet A Long 2025

We are making a "Home Wall Hanging" and we are
also making an applique for each month to add to it.
The Applique is also a magnet that you can put on
your refrigerator.  That way if you really do not want
to make the Wal hanging, You can still participate
by making the monthly applique / Magnets.

Add the appliques for each month can be added  to the
wall hanging and can be put on the refrigerator,
or you can make 2 of them to have both places.

Oh, And if you do not want a "Home Wall Hanging"
you can easily make it into a "Home Pillow".
I think I will make both.

This is going to be so fun!

We will make the wall hanging
In 3 Steps

How To Join The Granny Squares From The 2024 Crochet A long into a Blanket By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

How To Join The Granny Squares From The 2024
Crochet A Long into a Blanket
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

We Are Joining the Squares into a Blanket in 3 Steps And 3 Videos
1. Arranging and joining the squares
2. Basic Trim
3. The Fancy Trim

What was the This Crochet ALong
 2024 All About?

FYI: Each month there was a crochet Granny Square
that is inspired by the Birthstone of each month.
There is a written pattern with pictures,
and a Brand New Video Tutorial.
Make at least 2 squares for each month.

Now that we have finished all 12 squares we will be
 joining them into a blanket,

To See how To make All 12 of the
 Granny Squares
 Click This LINK

I stitched up 2 squares of each of the crochet squares.
Next, I chose the yarn I wanted for my trim
Scramble in the colorway Rainbow by SUNDANCE.
I ordered 3 balls from Herrschners yarn.
Each ball has 3.5 oz.

I stitched of 6  solid 6 inch squares.
Here is the Link I used: LINK

This Gave Me 30 Squares To Work with.

Step 1 - Video 1 LINK

I randomly arranged the squares in a
 5 X 6 squares pattern.

>>Place the 1st 2 squares together, right sides out.
Join in the yarn, 2 sc in the corner of the 1st square.
2 Sc in the corner of the 2nd square,
*ch 2, sk 2 sts of the 1st sq,
2 sc in the next sc of the 1st square,
ch 2, sk 2 sts of the 2nd sq,
2 sc in the next sc of the 2nd square*
Repeat from * to * across
2 sc in the corner of the 1st square.
2 Sc in the corner of the 2nd square

Please remember that one square may have more sts
the the other, so you may need to sk 1 or 2 more sts to
make them line up evenly

Repeat At >>  to <<
As you join each square

Once you have 6 squares Join
Repeat 5 Times

Join the 5 sets of 6 squares the same as above

stitching across the rows of 6 squares

Weave in the ends as you go
