Vintage Christmas Dress Hot Pad Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

Vintage Christmas Dress

Hot Pad/ Pot Holder

Free Crochet Pattern

Sara Sach of  Posh Pooch Designs

The Vintage Christmas Dress Hot Pad with
 a Modern twist.
I designed this Pattern several years ago, and decided it
needed an update and  a Little Sparkle.

If you are going to use it as an actual Hot Pad.
you will want to make it using cotton yarns.
If you are making it for decorative purposes,
like I am, than Acrylic is fine.

Although this Pattern is considered a "Christmas"Design,
you can stitch it up any others of your choosing.

Starburst Pot Holder Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

Starburst Pot Holder Crochet Pattern
I have known how to crochet the Starburst Pot Holder
 for many years.
It's a unique and lovely pattern, with a vintage feel.
I decided to find a written crochet pattern,
that I could share with you.
I searched Google and Pinterst and it only led me in circles,
I was about ready to give when
I found a pattern on Ravelry.

Starburst Hot Pad
Free Crochet Pattern - LINK
It says it is out of print, but click the blog link
and it will lead you to the written pattern.

I did find a few Youtube Videos that might help,
it is not my pattern so I will not be making a Video - LINK

Remember if you are using it for hot Pad, make it in Cotton yarn, as Acrylic will burn or melt the yarn.
But if its for decorative purposes, go ahead and make it in acrylic.
Mine is made with 2 shades of sage green and cream,
Red Heart Super Saver Yarn because I am using mine as a decoration.

C2C Pixel Graph Dog Blanket Crochet Pattern and Video | Posh Pooch Designs

Corner To Corner Pixel Graph Dog Blanket
Crochet Pattern by Sara Sach of

I have been working on this new Blanket for some time.
I would finish a square, then set it down.
I liked the Heart, Paw Print and Dog Bone,
but was having trouble deciding on
what the 4th square should be.
Then as I was sitting there sipping coffee,
 it came to me...
Design a Coffee Mug Square!
I really like how it turned out.
So Happy to finally have it finished!
The Blanket is designed with Red Heart With Love.
this Yarn is perfect, it is strong, soft and washable.

I also made a Video to help you.
 The Video has tips about:
 Reading graphs,
Starting the C2C,
 Changing Colors
 and Descreasing.
