Cotton Sweatband And Headband
Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

The cotton Sweatband and Headband is perfect for sport, playing or walking  or just watching sports, play on any hot day.
The Cotton will absorb the sweat and you will look great, too.

This pattern is For Men, Women and Kids because it is
so easy to adjust to fit anyone.
Sweatbands, or Headbands
I made these from 100 % cotton

I go to the gym Monday, Wednesday Friday.
Its cold in the morning so I want a headband to cover my ears---
But I sweat when I workout so I wanted a sweat band....
So---WA-LA!
2 widths - 2 inchesand 3 inches

I wear it across my ears on the way to the gym,
Then slide it up around my forehead for work out time.
And they are totally washable!!!

We decided to retest the pattern, add a lot more pictures,
And  Brand New Video!
