Skill: Easy

Materials:
 Crochet Hook – I / 5.5 MM
Yarn – Medium (4) Cotton 2 colors of choice C1– C2 (2 oz. each)
Yarn Needle
 
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single Crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Change To (chgto)
 
Size: 10 X 10

Notes:
Ch1 Does not count as a st

Ch1 after The Color change
When changing colors, do not cut yarn,
Carry yarn across and stitch over it.
 
Pattern:
 
R: 1 –With C1, Ch 27, 1 sc the 2 nd ch from hook,
counts as first sc, 1 sc in each ch, turn. (26 sc)
 

R: 2 – Chgto C2, Ch1, 1 sc in the first st, **1 dc in the next st, 1 sc in the next st,
Repeat From ** across row, turn (26 sts)
 

R: 3 – Chgto C1, Ch1, leaving C2 attached, 1 sc in each dc,
1 dc in each sc, stitching over C2 across, turn. (26 sts)
 

R: 4 – Chgto C2, Ch1,leaving C1 attached,
1 sc in each dc, 1 dc in each sc, stitching C1 across, turn. (26 sts)
 

R: 5 - R: 19 -  Repeat R: 3 and R: 4 Alternating Rows

R: 20 - Cut C1, With C2, Ch3,Dc Evenly across all 4 sides,

 placing 2 dc in each of the 4 corners,

Join to the 1^st sc, tie off, weave in your ends.
