 COFFEE AND CROCHET WITH
 SARA PODCAST
Just Yarn Ombre Vs. Redheart Ombre
With Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

My Honest Opinion

But Does "Ombre" Mean?

Ombré /ˈɒmbreɪ/ (literally "shaded" in French)
is the blending of one color hue to another,
usually moving tints and shades from light to dark.

You all know I really love Ombre yarn.
I was so excited when Premier Yarn came out
 with Premier Just Yarn Ombre.
I have been using the Redheart Ombre for a while,
so I have some on hand, and ordered some of the Premier Ombre in similar colors.
And decided to so a Comparison of them.
Both are Medium (4) weight Yarn
Both are Acryic Yarn
Both have similar colors

 on today's video.

Aurora Wrap Shawl Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

 Aurora Wrap Shawl
Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

The Aurora Wrap Shawl is a lovely wrap perfect for
any time of year. It is designed with Spring in mind,
And is pretty paired up with a sundress, tank top
and even a dressy outfit.
Makes a lovely addition to a Easter dress,
 or at the beach.
So many uses for this simple, yet elegant wrap.

I designed it using Caron Cinnamon Swirl Cake Yarn
in the Lilac and Lime Colorway.
The way the colors swirl around the cake,
reminded of the Aurora Borealis
we saw when we went on an Alaskan Cruise.
It was stunning.

The stitch pattern is a very simple open V stitch,
with a one row repeat. You can stitch it up in an evening,
or take it with you to complete along the way.

🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

The Clover Stuffie
is the Perfect Crochet Pattern
For  FRIDAY FUN DAY!

The Clover Stuffie, softie, little pillow,
whatever you want to call it, is so stinking cute.
It's just the right size to play with, or set around
for a fun St. Patrick's Day Decoration.
You can even add a hanger and hang it up.

This silly little clover is made using Premier
Parfait Chunky Pom pom yarn,
in the lime green color way. I love how all the
little "pom poms" are spread through out
the yarn. It gives it such a playful appearance.

Of course those safety eyes and smile
make it super fun and silly.
It was super fun to stitch up,
and is super fun to have around the house.

Just A Reminder :
If you are going to make this for a small child,
do not use safety eyes, as they can pull them out
and choke on them.

Scrap Happy Knapsack Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

 Scrap Happy Knapsack
 Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

I am super excited about today's Scrap Happy project.
It's a Knapsack. You might even call it a backpack.
It's a great bag for taking to school, to the library,
shopping, as a baby diaper bag and even as a purse.

It's very sturdy because we stitch it up holding 2
strands of cotton yarn together. Strong enough
 to hold books and groceries.

Back

It measures 12 inches tall and about 24 inches around.
The size is perfect for kids and adults.
It's a very easy project using basic crochet stitches,
and it is a great way to use up all the cotton yarn in
your yarn stash to make make something useful.

I Love it so much I think I am going to use it as car bag,
to take my crochet projects along with me.

The Bag Can Be Easily Adjusted -
Want it wider. just add more beginning chs.
Want it longer, just add more repeat rows.
