Cozy Granny Beanie Hat Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

Cozy Granny Beanie Hat

Crochet Pattern

By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

The Cozy Granny Beanie is fun hat to make.
It is the perfect Change of season hat, with it's open
and airy feel. Warm enough for cool mornings and
evening, but not too hot for the daily spring or
fall weather. It stitches up super quick and it's
not only cozy, but also comfy to wear.

I designed the Cozy Crazy Granny Blanket
in 2020. I loved it so much I designed a beanie hat
 using the same Style Pattern.

Crazy Cozy Granny Blanket Pattern LINK

The Pattern is quite simple. It alternates Rows
of Double Crochet and Rows of Granny stitches.
It makes a such a comfy cozy hat, as well as the blanket.
I also designed a scarf to go with it, and a few other
 items, coming soon.

The beanie hat is designed using Premier Puzzle
yarn, in the Hopscotch color. It is a bulky (5)
Acrylic yarn. And It is perfect for this cozy comfy hat.
But can also be made from any Bulky (5) yarn you have
 on hand.

Add Buttons, a Pompom or
whatever embellishments you prefer.

FRIDAY FUN DAY! Plum Warm Beanie Hat Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

FRIDAY FUN DAY!
Plum Warm Beanie Hat Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach Of Posh Pooch Designs

FRIDAY FUNDAY!

I really enjoyed designing this
beanie and  I hope you enjoy
stitching it up as much I did.

I named it "The Plum Warm Beanie" as a play
on Words from when my Mom would say,
"It's plum freezing our there, put on a your winter hat".
And Also the colors of the yarns are plum.

The Plum Warm Beanie Hat is a fun Crochet pattern
to stitch up. It works up so pretty with the
Elle By Me Charlotte Style Yarn From Premier Yarn.
The Colors I used are Plum And Plum Multi,
And I love how The work up together.
The yarn is cozy and warm and so soft and pretty.

The hat will fit a 22- 24 inch head, as the yarn is
quite stretchy. There 44 colors to choose from if you
choose to use this yarn for your hat. Although, Any
Bulky (5) yarn will work just fine.

Click My Premier Link

  • 44 colors - 60% Acrylic, 40% Wool
  • Solids: 5.29oz / 150g, 196yds / 180m
  • Multis: 4.4oz / 125g, 164yds / 150m
  • #5 Bulky Weight
  • Machine wash cold, do not bleach,
  • tumble dry low, do not iron

As You can see, I added a Faux Fur Pompom to
my hat for touch of fun. You can Purchase one or you
can make one using my tutorial. whether you do buy
on or choose to make one, I think it is just what the
 needed to finish it off.

Breast Cancer Awareness Headband And Slouchy Beanie Hat Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

Breast Cancer Awareness Headband And Slouchy Beanie Hat
Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Every year I try to design a New Crochet Pattern
to bring awareness to Breast Cancer.
I designed This Crochet Pattern in October 2015.
I decided it was time to retest the crochet pattern,
and record a brand new video

I designed the hat in a soft cotton.
Be sure to use a soft yarn like cotton, or acrylic,
if you are making this for a Chemo patient.
This crochet pattern is a step by step Photo Tutorial
to help you with the Cable Stitch section of the hat band.
I set the skill at "intermediate" because the cable sections
can be a little tricky, but it is easy once you practice the
cable stitch pattern a couple of times.

Other yarns that will work for this pattern
are I Love This Cotton, I Love This yarn and simply soft
And Redheart soft. Any medium (4) weight yarn will
 work for this project.

This Crochet Pattern can also be a headband
By leaving off the top part of the Slouchy.

I designed this pattern using pink and white for
Breast Cancer Awareness. It also works for any of the
other ribbon colors, by changing the colors that
 you make it in.
