Skill: Easy
Crochet Hook - H / 5.00 mm
Yarn- Med Acrylic (Small Amount of any color- C1 and black C2)
Yarn Needle
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Double Crochet (dc)
Triple Crochet (tr)
Change to (chgto)
Pattern:
Butterfly Wings - With C1 -Ch5,
3tr, ch 3 slst in the same 4th ch from the hook,
ch2, 3 dc ch2, slst in the same ch 2 times,
Ch3, 3 tr, ch3, slst in the same ch
Butterfly Body -
Chgto C2, ch 9, wrap around the center of the butterfly and
attach to the 1st ch,
ch 5, slst back to the body, repeat, attach to the 1st ch, tie off,
Weave in the ends.

Yarn- Med (4) Acrylic small amount of black- C1, yellow-C2, white - C3
yarn Needle
Stitches:
Chain(ch)
Single Crochet
Change to (chgto)
Single crochet together (sctog)
Size: 3 X 3 inches
Notes:
Ch1 does not Count as a st
R: 1 - With C1, Ch 5, 3 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, turn
(3 sc, 3chs)
R: 2 - ch1, 2 sc in the 1st sc,
1 sc in the next sc, 2 sc in the last sc, ch1, turn (5sc)
R: 3- Chgto to C2, leaving C1 Attached,
2 sc in the1st sc, 1 sc in the next 3 sc, 2 sc in the last sc,
ch1, turn (7sc)
R: 4 - 1 sc in each sc, ch1, turn, (7 sc)
R: 5 - Chgto C1, leaving C2 Attached,
1 sc in each sc, turn, (7sc)
R: 6 - 1 Sc in each sc, turn, (7sc)
R: 7 -Ch to C2, tie off C1,Ch1, sctog the 1st 2 sc,
1 sc in the next 3 sc, sctog the last 2 sc, ch1, turn, (5sc)
R: 8 - Ch1, sctog the 1st 2 sc,
1 sc in the next sc, sctog the last 2 sc, (3sc)
R: 9 - 1 sc in each sc, (3sc)
Sc evenly around the bee, push the stinger to the front,
and sc evenly around, join the the 1st sc, tie of weave in the ends.
Wing -
With C3, join to the center of the top of the bee at R: 5, ch 8,
join to the same st, ch8, and join to the same st,
tie off and weave in the ends.
Eye -
With C1, add a French knot for the eye.

Yarn- Med Acrylic (Small Amount of Red and Black)
Yarn Needle
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Single Crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
skip (sk)
join to the ch 3 with a slst. (11 dc)
Repeat From * To * 1 more time,
sk the next dc, 5 dc in the next dc, sk the next dc,
Repeat From * to * 2 more times, join
(6sc, 4dc, 6sc)
Tie off leaving a 18 inch tail of yarn.

Tie off leaving a 18 inch tail of yarn.
stitch the line to divide the back of the ladybug.
St 3 French Knots on each side of the ladybug back.
weave in the ends.
Antennae:
Cut an 8 inch strand of yarn.
Attach to the center dc of the front of the Ladybug.
As fringe.
Cut an 8 inch strand of yarn.
Attach to the center dc of the front of the Ladybug.
As fringe.
