Stitch 11 - The Moss Stitch
Add This to Your Ravelry Favorites

Skill: Easy

Materials:

Crochet Hook – H/ 5.00 MM

Yarn- Worsted Weight (4) Colors of your choice

Yarn Needle

Stitches:

Chain (ch)
Single crochet (sc)
Skip (sk)
space (sp)

Size: 25 X 25 inches - Completed Blanket

3 chs = 1 inch

Repeat for adjustment (3chs + 1 ch)

Remember if you added width to your blanket, 

              you will need to adjust the pattern to fit.
You may need to add more or less dc at the beginning and end of R: 1

Notes:

When changing colors at the end of a row, Ch1 AFTER the Color change.
Ch1 does not Counts as a sc

R: 45 - 1 sc in each st across, ch1 turn ( 74sc)

R: 46 - 1 sc in the 1st 4 sc, 
*ch1, sk the next sc, sc in the next sc*
Repeat From * to * across, 
1 sc in the last 4 sc, ch1, turn ( 74sts)

R: 47 - 1 sc in the 1st 4 sc,
*ch1, sk the next st, sc in the next ch1 sp*
Repeat From * to * across, 
1 sc in the last 4 sc, ch1, turn (74sts)

R: 48 - 1 sc in the 1st 3 sc,
*ch1, sk the next st, sc in the next ch1 sp*
Repeat From * to * across, 

1 sc in the last 3 sc, ch1, turn (74sts)

Repeat R: 47 and 48, alternating rows

for as many rows as you like.

Yarn Needle

Stitches:

Chain (ch)

Half Double Crochet (hdc)

Front Post Double Crochet (FPDC)

Back Post Double Crochet (BPDC)

Size: 25 X 25 inches - Completed Blanket

3 chs = 1 inch

Repeat for adjustment (3chs + 1 ch)

              you will need to adjust the pattern to fit.
