Yoga Sock Crochet Pattern

Yoga Sock Crochet Pattern By
 Sara Sach of
 Posh Pooch Designs
Well, I didn't know I needed Yoga socks,
 until I started yoga!  LOL!!
I used to think it was silly to have socks without heels.
I started doing Yoga and realized just how
 important they actually are.
You need your toes and heels out to
keep from slipping off your yoga mat.

Here is a video I made to help you,
and also, to help you adjust them to any size foot.

You can see this Video on my Yotube channel at this LINK

I have made this pattern using different weight yarns,
so it is important to measure you ankle,
Before you get stated.

This Pattern is now available in a PDF file Download
for $2.50 in my Craftsy Shop
And also includes the Yoga bag pattern.

The Yoga Sock pattern is designed
 using Worsted weight Yarn
The Sock are 9 inches around the ankle.

My Exercise UPdate and A Yoga Mat Crochet Pattern

My Exercise Update
By Sara Sach of
 Posh Pooch Designs
I Started on a New Journey of Good Healthy
Eating and Exercise in January of 2014.
I had been sort of stagnant for a while.
I was doing Water Aerobics and some walking.
Then my Daughter came and visited me and got me back on track.
We did some serious walking and exercise.
I have also, added ball work, resistance bands and yoga.

Here is a Blog about My Daughters journey,
I am so proud of her weight loss, but also her as a person!
She has also started a page on facebook
To share what works for her,
To share her goals and to encourage others.

My Motto:
I exercise to get strong and healthy,
and if I lose some wight along the way,
well, that's a perk
