This is the perfect addition to your
Easter or Spring outfit.
This crochet pattern is so fun to play with.
You choose how many layers,
which flower and what color of yarns!
Add some beads or fancy pin,
or some strands of ribbon.
It is really fabulous with unlimited possibilities.

Materials:
Crochet Hook - I
Yarn Needle
Yarn - Worsted Weight (4) –
Pink C1 – 3 oz.
Purple C2 – 3 oz.
Yellow C3 – 3 oz.
Brown C4 – 3 oz.
Green C5 – 3 oz.
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip stitch (slst)
Single Crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Half Double Crochet (hdc)
Triple Crochet (tr)
Size:
Flowers both are 4.5 inches across
Piece is 36 inches long – completely adjustable
This pattern has 4 components:
1. Sunflower
2. Loopy Flower
3. Daisy Chain with Curls
4. Leaf Chain with Curl
Sunflower Scarf:
Sunflower
R: 1 - With C4 – ch4 (counts as 1st dc)
5dc in the 3rd
ch from the hook, join to top of ch3
With slst to form a circle (6dc)
R: 2 – ch3, 1 dc in the same st as ch3, 2 dc in each dc around, join,
(12dc)
R: 3 – Change to C3, Working in the Front loops only,
*ch 3, 2dc in the next dc, ch3, 1sc in the next dc*
Repeat From * to * 11 more times for 12 petals, ch3, join to top of ch
3
R: 4 – Working in the back loops of R: 2, With C3,
*ch 4, 2tr in the next dc, ch4, 1sc in the next dc*
Repeat From * to * 11 more times for 12 petals, ch4, join to top of ch
4
Tie off and weave in your ends.
Note: From 1st ch to
petal is 5 inches,
Chain Pattern: With C3
Ch 13, dc in the 4th
ch from the hook, 3 dc, ch2, sl st in the same ch,
(1st petal
made)
Continue to work in
the same ch, *ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, sl st *
Repeat From *
to * 2 more times,
For a total of 4
petals made.
Ch 13 after the
4th petal, and repeat until desired length.
Curls: Make
2 with C3
Ch 30, turn, 3 dc in each ch, across, tie
off leaving about
an 8 inch tail to attach it to the end of the daisy
chain.
Attach 1 curl to each end.
Brown Daisy Chain with curls – With C4, Same as
Yellow daisy
chain with curls
Green Leaf Chain -
Note: From 1st ch to
leaf is 5 inches,
With C5 , *Ch20.
Turn, 1tr, in the next 2chs,
1 dc in the next 2chs, 1 sc in the next 2 chs,
slst in the next ch, turn
Slst, 2sc, 2 dc, 2tr, join with a sl st to the top of ch, (1st
leaf made)*
Repeat From * to * 8 times, tie off, weave in your end.
Make 1 curl with C5 and attach to end.
Place the 3 scarf pieces together, and attach the sun flower in the
center.
Sew in place with needle and matching yarn.
Loopy Flower Scarf:
Large Loopy Flower -
R: 1 - With C1, ch 4, form a ring,
10sc in the ring, join with a slst,
*ch 10, sl st in the FRONT LOOP of
the next st*,
Repeat From * to * 9 times for 10
petals.
R: 2 -Change to C2, working in the
BACK LOOPS of R: 1,
*1 sc in the next st, 2 sc in the
next sc*, Repeat From * to *,
join with a sl st,
*ch 10, sl st in the FRONT LOOP of
the next st*,
Repeat From * to * 11 times for 15
petals.
R: 3 - Change to C1, working in the
BACK LOOPS of R: 2,
*1 sc in the next 2sts, 2 sc in the
next sc*, Repeat From * to *,
join with a sl st,
*ch 10, sl st in the FRONT LOOP of
the next st*,
Repeat From * to * 19 times for 20
petals
R: 4 - Change to C2, working in the
BACK LOOPS of R: 3,
*1 sc in the next 3sts, 2 sc in the next
sc*, Repeat From * to *,
join with a sl st,
*ch 10, sl st in the FRONT LOOP of
the next st*,
Repeat From * to * 24 times for 25
petals.
Purple Daily Chain with curls – With C1 -
same done on Sunflower scarf
Pink Daisy chain with curls – With C2 –
Same as done on Sunflower
scarf
and attach the flower in the
center.
Sew in place with needle and matching yarn.
