For The Christmas Holiday this year, I have designed

 a series of Country Cotton Crochet Patterns.

This Bell is the 5th Crochet Pattern On The list.

I hope you will enjoy stitching them us, 

as much as I enjoyed designing them.

 Skill: Easy

 
Materials:

Crochet Hook – H / 5.00 MM
Yarn- Cotton – Med (4) Sugar and Cream - Holiday Stripes 1 oz.
Yarn Needle
 12 in piece of 3/8 inch ribbon
3/8 in button

 
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)
Slip Stitch (slst)
 
Size: 5 Inches

Notes:

Ch1 Does not count s a st
Ch3 Counts as dc
Ch4 Counts as dc, ch1

Pattern:

R: 1 – Ch 4, 8 dc in the 4^th ch from the hook, turn (9 dc)

 

R: 2 – 3 dc around the 1^st dc, dc in the center of the R; 1,
4 dc around the next dc, turn, ch 3 (9 dc)
 

R: 3 – 1 dc in each dc, turn, ch 4 (9dc)
 

R: 4 - *sk the next dc, dc in the next dc, ch1*
Repeat From * to * 3 more times, turn, ch 3 (5 dc, 4 ch1)
 

R: 5 – 1 dc in the same st s the ch 3, 1 dc in each st across,
2dc in the last st, turn, ch3 (11dc)
 

R: 6 - 1 dc in the same st s the ch 3, 1 dc in each st across,
2dc in the last st, turn, ch1 (13dc)
 

R: 7 – 1 sc in the next 7dc, ch4 slst in the top of the sc,
1 sc in the last 6 dc,
 

Working up the side of the bell, evenly sc up to R: 1
1 sc in the 1^st dc of R: 1, 2 sc in the next 2 dc,
Sc, ch4, slst in the sc, sc in the next dc,
2 sc in the next 2dc, 1sc in the next dc,
 

Evenly sc down the side of the bell, join to the 1^st sc,
tie off weave in your ends.
 
Add button and ribbon hanger.

Chain (ch)
Single crochet (sc)
Double Crochet (dc)

Size: 5 Inches Country Christmas Heart Ornament
 
Pattern:

 R: 1 – Ch 5, join in a circle, ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2,
*3 dc ch2* Repeat From * to * 2 more times,
 Join to the ch3, slst to the ch3 sp, ch 3
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2)
 

R: 2 – 2 dc, ch2, 3dc in the ch2 sp, ch 2,
*3 dc, ch2, 3 dc in the ch2 sp, ch2*
Repeat From * to * 2 more times,
Join to the ch3, slst to the ch3 sp, ch 1
(4 sets of 3dc, ch2, 3 dc, ch2)
 

R: 3 – Sc in the ch2 sp,
2 dc, 4 Tr, 2 dc in the next ch2 sp, sc in the next ch2 sp,
2 dc, 4 tr, 2 dc, in the next ch2 sp, sc in the next ch2 sp,
 

Sc in the next 3 dc, 2 sc in the next ch2 sp,
Sc in the next 3 dc, 2sc, ch1, 2 sc in the next ch2 sp
(This is the bottom point of the heart)
 

Sc in the next 3 dc, 2 sc in the next ch2 sp,
Sc in the next 3 dc, join to the next sc, ch 1.
 

R: 4 – 1 sc in the next 2 dc, 2 sc in the next 3 tr,
1 sc in next 5 sc , 2 sc in the next 4 tr,
1 sc in each st to the ch2 at the heart point,
Sc, ch1, sc in the ch1 sp at the heart point,
1 sc in each st, join to the 1^st sc, tie off weave in your ends.
 

Attach the ribbon through the ch2 sp at the top of the star.
 
Sew or glue on the button of choice.
