Once we finish the year we will have 12 fun cups to

 use as magnets or appliques. This is just so much fun

 already, I can hardly wait for the rest of them.

The 2025 Year Long Crochet 

We are making a Home Wall Hanging and we are

 also making an applique for each month to add to it.

The Applique is also a magnet that you can put on

 your refrigerator.  That way if you really do not want

 to make the Wal hanging, You can still participate

 by making the monthly applique / Magnets.

The May Coffee Cup is a really fun design.

 You can choose any colors you like. It takes little yarn, so get in Your yarn stash. And, You can add beads or buttons for the center of the flowers. Just get in Your craft supplies and fun!

Materials:
Crochet hook – H / 5 mm.
Yarn - Med (4) Acrylic C1 - gold, C2 - white, C3 - brown
                              Small Amount of each color
Yarn Needle
Felt Adhesive
Magnet
Glue of Choice – Hot Glue
 
Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Single Crochet (sc)
Skip (sk)
Chang to (chgto)
 
Size: 3.5 X 4 inches
 
Notes:
Ch1 Does not Count as a st
 
How To Change Color In The Middle of The Row:
 
Pull up the loop for the next sc,
 

Leave the last 2 loops of the sc on your hook.
 

Pull the next color through the 2 loops.

Pattern:
 
R:1 – With C1, ch 9, sc in the 2^nd ch and in each ch across,
Turn, ch 1 (8 sc)

R: 2 – 2 sc in the 1^st sc, 1 sc in next 5 sc, 2 sc in last sc, Turn (10sc)
 

R: 3 – 1 sc in each sc across, turn, ch3 (10sc)

R: 4 – 1sc in the 1^st 2 sc,
*Chgto C2, leave C1 attached, 1 sc in the next 2 sc,
Chgto C1, leave C2 attached, 1 sc in the next 2 sc*
Repeat from * to * 1 more tine, turn, ch 3 (6 sc C1, 4 sc C2)

R: 5 – Repeat R: 4

R: 6 – C1, 1 sc in each sc across, turn, ch 3 (10 sc)
 
R: 7 – Repeat R: 6

R: 8 – With C1, 1 sc in the1st 4 sc,
Chgto C2, leave C1 attached, 1 sc in the next 2 sc,
Chgto C1, tir off C2, 1 sc in the last 4 sc,
turn, ch 3 (8 sc C1, 2 sc C2)
 
R: 9 – Repeat R: 8

R: 10 – 1 Sc in each sc across, turn, ch 3 (10 sc)
 
Working Down the side of the cup, ch1, evenly sc down,
Around the bottom, and up the other side of the cup,

Join to the 1 st sc with a slst, turn working the same side,
Slst in the 1^st 3 sc, ch 7, sk 5 sc, join the next sc with a slst,
8 sc around the ch7 loop, join to the next sc with a slst, tie off.

Join c2 t the 1^st sc at the top of the cup, sc across the top of the cup,
Tie off weave in the ends.
 
With C3 stitch a French knot in the center of each flower.

Skill: Easy

Materials:
 Crochet hook – H / 5.00 mm
Yarn – Med (4) Acrylic – 

            small amount of red, white, green and block
Yarn Needle
 
Stitches:
 Ch (ch)
 Single Crochet (sc)
Change to
 
Size: 2.5 X 5 inches
 
Notes: 

Ch1 Does Not Count as a st.

Ch1 After the color change
 
Pattern:
R: 1 – With Red yarn, ch 2, 4 sc in the 2^nd ch

 from the hook, turn, ch 1 (4 sc)
 
R: 2 – 1 sc in each sc, turn, ch 2 (8 sc)
 
R: 3 – 2 sc in the 1^st sc,
*1 sc in the next sc, 2 sc in the next sc*
Repeat From * to * across, turn, ch 1 (12 sc)
 
R: 4 – 2 sc in the 1^st sc,
*1 sc in the next 2 sc, 2 sc in the next*
Repeat From * to * across, turn, ch 1 (16 sc)
 
R: 5 – 1 sc in each sc, turn (16 sc)

R: 6 – Chgto to White yarn, Ch1

Optional: Sew on the clip for a key chain with matching yarn and needle.

Optional Curl - with green yarn, join to top corner,

Seeds and Face – With Black yarn and needle,
embroider the seeds or face as shown in the picture.

We didn't want to leave out the Cats and Kitties.

 They need a Special Christmas And Holiday Ornament.

  I designed This Cute Fish Ornament That can also 

be used as a coaster. If you use it as a coaster 

don't us the eyes, just add a French knot for the eye.

I called it "Miss Kitty's Fish Christmas Ornament", because

 my friends Cat is named Miss Kitty. 

I think they are super cute

 and when I showed her the ornament, she loved it.

It can also be an applique to stitch on a bag, scarf, 

hat, blanket or anything you want. I Love a Pattern

 that can use up extra left over yarn and is al versatile.

Skill: Super Easy

Materials:

Crochet Hook - H

Yarn - Worsted Weight (4) any green you like

Yarn Needle

Stitches:

Chain (ch)

Single Crochet (sc)

Double Crochet (dc)

Slip Stitch (sl st)

Size: Approx. 2 x 2 inches

 Applique

R : 1 - Ch3, 8 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook,(6 sc for a 3 leaf clover)
 join with a sl st in a circle, ch1

R : 2 -  *1 sl st in the next st, 3 dc in the next st, ch1, sl st in the same st

* repeat 3 more times, for 4 leaves, (OR 2 times for  3 leaves).

Stem - ch 6, then turn, sl st in the 2nd ch from the hook, and sl st at back up the ch, 

 Join with a sl st. tie off. 

This is fun applique that can added to just about anything. 

A hat, bag, headband, bandanna, sweater, gloves. 

coffee cozy, blanket, dog hat, dog sweater, purse....
