The Beaded BOHO Headband Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

 FRIDAY FUN DAY!
The Beaded BOHO Headband
 Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

I Love This headband. It's a fun combination of classic stitches
and wooden beads, that give it a BOHO Style. I designed to
design it using beige yarn and wooden beads because I wanted
the BOHO Style and I think it perfectly captures it.
I Love It So Much!

Andy medium (4) yarn will work for this headband, and any
beads of your choosing will work for this headband.
Different colorways and beads will give it different looks and
styles. It's a super fun projects to use up some yarns and
beads you already have around your craft room.
The yarn And beads I used, I already had on hand,
so get your yarn and bead stash and see what fun headband
combinations you can come up with.

Friday Fun Day Coffee - Epsom Salt Bath Soak | Posh Pooch Designs

 Friday Fun Day
Coffee and Epsom Salt Bath Soak
With Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

I think the best time to take a soak bath is right
before bed. It soothes and relaxes you. It helps the tension
and stress of the day to just melt away.
You will sleep so much better after a warm bath.

The Smell is amazing and it felt so good
on my skin.
I slept so great last night.
Love This mixture.

The Ingredients:

1. Epsom Salt -
In Warm water The Epsom Salt
breaks down into Magnesium And Sulfate.
When you soak in it, helps with sore muscles, and
inflammation. So It's wonderful for swollen feet, knees,
sore backs and an all around relaxing soak.

 2. Instant Coffee, Not The Grounds -

It is supposed to help with circulation and soothe the skin.
It also helps with inflammation.
If you do not have instant, brewed coffee will also work.

3. Pink Himalayan Salt -
It is known for it calming a relaxing quality.
It is also thought to help with inflammation,
 swelling due to water retention.

3. Vanilla -
I again chose Vanilla because the aroma
mixes well with coffee. You can choose any oil that
you prefer. And You can always leave out the
coffee if your favorite sent does not mix with the
coffee scent.
