Crochet Ribbon Ornament Candy Crochet Pattern

 Skill: Easy

Materials:
Crochet Hook_ H / 5.00 MM
Yarn- Me (4)Yarn Scraps in in a different colors 2 colors -( C1, C2)
Yarn Needle

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single crochet (sc)
Change to (chgto)

Size: 2 X 2 inches

Notes:
 Ch1 Does Not Count as a st

R: 1 - With C1, Ch 31, leaving C1 attached, chgto C2

R: 2 -1 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc in each ch across. (30sc)

R: 3 - Draw up a loop of C1 on the other end of the row, leaving C2 attached,
1 sc in each sc (30sc)

R: 4 -  Chgto C2,  leaving C1 attached,
1 sc in each sc, tie off C2, (30sc)

R: 5 - With C1, at the other end, pull up a loop,
1 sc in each sc, tie off weave in the ends.

Cut a piece of yarn 18 inches long. to make a hanging loop.
Fold to make the candy curls.
 thread yarn onto needle ,stitch up through all the folds, form a loop,
 and stitch back through to the bottom.
Tie a knot to form a loop at the top. Tie know at the bottom and clip yarns.

How Fun is This Pattern???
As a Child We always had 
Christmas Ribbon Candy
 in pretty bowls setting around the house.
I Loved it.
 I could make one Piece last for .....
minutes!

So, when I stumbled on this pattern,
 I just had to make several!
Just looking at this ornament I can taste
that sweet Christmas candy.
