FRIDAY FUN DAY! Citrus Kitchen Scrubbers Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

FRIDAY FUN DAY!
Citrus Kitchen Scrubbers Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊

The Citrus Kitchen Scrubbers are so fun to make.
They are so bright and cheerful, they making
scrubbing the dishes a lot of fun.  LOL!
Well, maybe not, but I sure enjoyed stitching them up.

I designed them using the Yarn Bee Scrub-ology
Scrub It yarn from Hobby Lobby.
It is a bulky (5) weight yarn and 100% nylon.
It is a good durable yarn and will last a long time. I still
have the ones I made about 5 years ago,
and they are still going strong.

If You do not have this yarn you can substitute
1 strand of cotton yarn and 1 strand of other scrubby
type yarns. Hold the 2 strands together
and stitch it up just like the pattern states.
I Made one this way to show you how it stitches up.

I love making them both ways.
I called them The Citrus Scrubber because it can
be a slice of orange, lemon or lime, or any color
you choose. I say make a bunch in lots of colors.
They make a nice gift set and everyone can use
some bright happy scrubbers.

Sturdy And Bright Easter Basket Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

Sturdy And Bright Easter Basket
 Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach Of Posh Pooch Designs

I wanted to crochet some bright and cheerful
Easter baskets, but every yarn or fiber I chose was just
not sturdy enough, or not bright enough. I was walking
through Hobby Lobby and looked over and saw the
Scrub-olgy yarn from yarn bee. It is the perfect yarn for
my Sturdy And Bright Easter Baskets.

I Love how they stitched up, how bright the colors
are, and how sturdy they are, also.

The Scrub-ology is 100% nylon, a bulky (5) yarn.
It is made for making scrubbies and scrubbers for
cleaning, so it's a tough yarn. Perfect for the kids to play
with and hold a bunch of Easter eggs and goodies.

They also make wonderful Spring Decorations.
leave the handle off and you have wonderful bowl for
flowers and plants, and even treats.

FRIDAY FUN DAY! Granny Square Scrubby Crochet Pattern By Sara Sach

 FRIDAY FUN DAY!
Granny Square Scrubby
 Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

I had this idea in my head, but wasn't sure I would
like it with this particular yarn. Well, I do like them,
I actually love how they stitched up!

The Granny Square Scrubby is the perfect scrubby
for cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen,
or any place that needs cleaning. It is great to have
on hand when a little extra scrubbing is needed.
It measures 6 X 6 inches so you could even put it
in your tool box, camper or car glove compartment.

I designed the scrubby using the Yarn Bee Scrub -ology
Yarn from Hobby Lobby. It is a bulky (6) yarn, that's
thick and sturdy, but not too rough on your hands.
They are just a great Little scrubbies to have around.

I also made one out of a chunky (5) cotton I had on had.
It is a nice scrubby and does a great job, as well.
The chunky cotton is perfect for cleaning when not a
 lot of scrubbing is needed.

The Wedding Shrug Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

 The Wedding Shrug
Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of  Posh Pooch Designs

The Wedding Shrug was designed for weddings.
For the bride to wear at the reception, or for the mother
of the Bride and groom, and for bridesmaids to wear,
as well. It is perfect for any formal occasion, as well as,
with a sundress or tank top for casual wear.

I designed this pattern using yarn Bee Soft Secret
From Hobby Lobby. Any Med (4) yarn of your
choice will work just fine. I think it would ne lovely in an
 Ombre for summer.

What is a Shrug?
Some people call them boleros. Boleros are usually longer.
A shrug is a close fitting cardigan or jacket, that is designed
short, so that only the arms and shoulders are covered.
Sort of  a wrap with arm holes.

The main thing in getting a good fit is to measure as you go.
You can measure yourself, or a shirt to sweater that you know fits well. You need a back measurement for width,
and upper arm measure for length.
