First let's Answer a Couple of Questions About My Youtube Channel See Today's Live Video Chat on my Youtube Channel at This Link "Is your Channel only For Crocheters?" No, but mostly. I have some other crafts on there as well. And planning on many more. What is the Purpose For Your Youtube Channel?' The reason I started my channel is basically for fun. I enjoy yarn, Crochet ans Crafts and want to share it with others. It also helps to pay for my rescue dogs vet bills.
"Where is the Link For the Written Pattern?" I thought a picture would answet this one. Every crochet pattern I Video has a Written pattern on my Blog. Before we video, we retest, update the pattern, as well as, and make new photos.
"Why do you Film the way you Do?"
How I Film My Videos for my Youtube Channel. I received a really hateful message concerning my Youtube channel. It was long and ranting. And I was quite confused as to why this person was so up set at me. 🙍 I finally realized she had not taken the time to watch my introductory Video to my Youtube Channel The Video explains what my channel is all about.
I messaged her back just one sentence. "That's a lot of drama for something that is Free"! Which is my new Motto for these situations. How and Why I Film My Video like I do. I film my videos the way I teach a group or small class. I post the link For the Written Pattern so you will have it to reference.
When I teach a class, I do not stand behind you, with my arms around your neck, I stand in front of you and talk you through the instructions, as I crochet, turning my project and showing as I go. This way it works for both right and left handed people. I Film across the table in Front of you. And, I do turn my work or give further instructions, often through the video. And did you Know you and freeze your Screen on your phone or Ipad, or tablet and watch it any angle you want? Lastly, I am not perfect, I do miss speak or make mistakes that get missed at times. Relax, Ask questions and remember to have Fun!💁 My Youtube Channel is NOT like other channels, and I don't want it to be. I want it to be Unique and Fun. So stop asking me to be like everyone else... It's not going to happen! 😜 Also - No Drama or Unkindness is aloud! As My Grandma used to say, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all".
