Valentine Lolly Pops Crochet Pattern

The Valentine Lolly Pop is a Wonderful Valentines Day
 gift For Any one of Any age.
 They make great Decorations as well.
 They are simple to make and so much fun to give.

Pull out your yarn left overs and make up a bunch of
 these for your friends, co-workers, kid's Classes,
 or add to Your Valentine Decor.

The Hearts measure 3 X 3 Inches and make great
 Appliques, too.

Valentine Lolly Pops Crochet Pattern

Skill: Easy

Materials:
Crochet Hook H / 5.00
Yarn- Any Med (4) Yarn – Acrylic or Cotton, blend. In your choice of colors.
          I used my Scarp yarn
Yarn Needle
Tootsie Roll Pop, or Blow pops, Lolly pops about those sizes

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single Crochet (sc)
Slip Stitch (slst)
Double crochet (dc)

Size: 3 X 3 Inches

Notes:
Ch1 Does Counts as a st
Ch3 Does Count As a dc

Pattern: Make 2 hearts
R: 1 – Ch 4, 3 dc in the 4th ch from the hook, turn, ch3 (4dc)

R: 2 – 1 dc in the same st as the ch3, 1 dc in the next 2dc,
2 dc in the last st, turn, ch 3 (6dc)

R: 3 -1 dc in the same st as the ch3, 1 dc in the next 4dc,
2 dc in the last st, turn, ch 1 (8dc)

R: 4 – sk the next dc, 5 dc in the next dc, sk the next dc
Slst in the sp between the 4th and 5th dc, sk the next dc,
5 dc in the next dc, sk the next dc, sc in the last dc,
Tie off weave in your ends. (sc, 5dc, sc, 5dc, sc)

Place the 2 heart together, right sides out.
Join yarn of choice, to R: 2, sc around the top of the hearts placing
 1 sc in each st, slst in the slst between the heart bumps.
Stitching through both hearts, evenly st to the bottom of R: 2 on the other side.
Only stitching through the front heart,
Continue To evenly stitch to the heart point, placing 2 sc in the point,
And sc up to the 1st sc, join and tie off. Weave your ends in.
Slide onto the Lolly Pop
