Lots of Love Scarf And Cowl Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

Lots of Love Scarf And Cowl
 Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

I decided to call this Scarf / Cowl
"The Lots of Love Scarf  And Cowl"
because the shell stitches look like it has lots of hearts.
which means Lots of love.

It's designed it using my left over Mandala Ombre yarns,
which are a med (4). I had several colorways left from
other projects, it's so pretty and I wanted to use it
on this Scarf / Cowl. I love how it stitched up.
You can use any medium (4) yarn of your choosing.
Solid, Ombre and striping yarns would look lovely
with this stitch pattern.

It's a fun design and can be worn several ways
depending how you finish it off.
If you Leave it open on the ends, it is basically a
scarf that can be worn as a light wrap or neck scarf.

If you stitch the ends together it is a long draping cowl
that can be squished to be warm, or spread out to be
a light Chemise Style Cowl.

Lastly, if you twist the scarf, and then stitch it together,
it becomes an infinity or mobius scarf,
that adds a classy touch to any outfit.

Christina’s Panda Hat Crochet Pattern | Posh Pooch Designs

 Christina’s Panda Hat Crochet Pattern
By Sara Sach of  Posh Pooch Designs

I originally wrote this Crochet Pattern for my
Daughter in Law, Christina, who loves Pandas
about 10 years ago. She loved it and so did I.
I decided to retest the pattern and update it with lots
of new pictures and a Brand New Video Tutorial.
This time it's for her daughter, my granddaughter,
who also loves pandas.

The Hat is stitched with I Love This Chunky
Yarn from Hobby Lobby. It is a Chunky (5)
yarn so it stitches up super fast. And is also very
soft and comfy to wear. The Hat will fit a 22 - 24 inch
head as the the hat is very stretchy.
FYI - I measured her head and her head is the same
size as mine, and she is 9 years old.

The hat is a basic beanie style hat with a fun section of
V Stitch Stripes. Although the pattern is basically Black
and White like a Panda, the color of the stripes is totally
 up to you.

?????????????????????????????????????????????
I am often asked,
"What do I need to Learn To Crochet?"

Here is a basic List to get you started

1. Crochet Hooks - Don't buy expensive hooks.
Pick a few sizes, 4.5 - 6 mm hooks.
and see what you like.

2. Yarn - I usually tell people to start with a
med 4 weight yarn. It's easy to find
and easy to work with.

3. A Tape Measure - Learning to measure as you
go will help you watch your tension and gauge,
but also get you used to adjusting where needed.

4. A Few Yarn Needles - For weaving in your ends,
and sewing on pieces.

5. Find A Few Beginner Crochet Patterns
Remember - Beginner and Easy Are NOT the same thing.
Master each stitch or skill before moving on.

6. Lastly, take your time and have fun with the process.
