I have designed a Cowl to go with the
Happy Hearts Headband that
I released last week.
It is the Happy Hearts Cowl
The Heart Technique is done
exactly like the headband.
Only More repeats, for length.
Which means you can
make the Cowl as long, or
as short as you want.
The Colorado Colors Cowl is
36 inches around.
The Pink and Grey cowl
is 40 inches around,
and long enough to wrap.
