Yarn -
Worsted Weight (4) 5 oz.
I used Red Heart Super Saver Pooling - haute Pooling (1 skein)
Yarn Needle
Stitches:
Slip Stitch (slst)
Foundation
Double Crochet (FDC)
Half Double
Crochet (HDC)
Front Post Double
Crochet (FPDC)
Size: 24 inches around X 8 inches
Gauge: 3 FDC = 1 inch, 2 rows = 1 inch
To make the cowl longer Add increments of 2 FDC, for the stitch pattern.

Notes:
Ch 3 counts as a dc
Rounds are
joined with a slst
R: 1 – Option
1 - 72 FDC, join, ch 3
(72FPDC)
R: 2 -*1 HDC in the next st, FPDC in the next st*
R: 3 - *1 HDC in the next HDC, FPDC in the next FPDC*
Repeat From * to * around, join, ch 3 (72 sts)

Make sure you are stitching HDC in a HDC, and FPDC in a FPDC.
