sk 1st ch, 1 slst in the next 3 chs, join to the 1st sc. tie off, weave in your end.

How to make a Tiny Pom pom -
Wrap your yarn around your 2 middle finger 12 times.
With a 10 inch piece of matching yarn, slip it through the
loops
and tie securely.
Trim the loops evenly.
Use the tie to
attach the pom pom onto the 3rd ch on Santa Hat.
Santa's Face is embroidered. His nose is 2 straight stitches or a French knot,
and the Eyes, Brows
and mustache are simple straight stitches.
