Don't forget to block your
coaster for a nice crisp look.
I wanted to discuss a question I get quite often,
"Can you or should you,
Block items made with acrylic yarn."
I think it depends on the item.
For Small items such as this coaster, I do block them.
I like to do what I call. "Spray Blocking."
Spray Blocking
1. You need straight pins, a piece of foam board,
A Spray water bottle, and a old clean dish cloth.
2. Place the foam Board between
the 2 layers of the towel.
3. Place your item on the towel, and pin it in place.
Spray water on the item, ease the corners and
sides how you want them to be shaped.
You do not need to soak the item, just get it damp.
4. Leave it set until it is dry.
Then it is ready to use.
