The Crocodile Stitch can have
many different variations,
and even the way the stitch is used, can
give you different results.

Each designer has used the crocodile stitch
for the purpose of their pattern.
Some are thicker, and some are thinner.
And the different yarns used can
give you different looks.
This is a really fun stitch to play with.

So have fun with it!

Whale Tissue Box Cover By Moogly

The moment I saw this Crochet Pattern,
I knew I had to make
 one for my Guest Bathroom!
It is adorable, fun!
And Whimsical!

My upstairs guest Bathroom is
decorated in beige and light teals,
so I knew the yarn I chose,
would be perfect.

The yarn is Vanna's Choice -
Colors, Blue Lagoon
It has a slight striping effect and
has a really pretty sheen to it.
It took almost 2 full skeins to
make the whale. About 5ozs.

Now For the Pattern:
It is Written and Designed By
Moogly
and can be found here:
Don't you just love the name???

It is a easy to follow, well written pattern.
I made it in about 2 hours,
but I had a few interruptions
from a 22 month old grand daughter.
I didn't mind.
Here is mine close up.
I did made a crochet eye in place
 of the safety eye.
I was out of safety eyes.
It was really fin to make
and I think it adds just a touch of fun
and cuteness to my guest bathroom.

Happy Handle Coffee Cozy By Moogly - It's Genius!

I think this pattern
 idea is pure Genius!
I mean,
A Coffee Cozy with a built
 in Handle!

I Love This Pattern!

Crochet pattern here:
Moogly's
I have already made quite  few.
They are quick, easy and fun to make.
And what a fun little gift,
I mean who doesn't need one of these???
I put one in my car, one in my purse and
several by the coffee maker.
This one I made with some left over cotton yarn.
You can use up the yarn scraps and
make some wonder gifts!
And if you get coffee on them, just toss
in wash with the towels!
And as Moogly suggested,
Put your business card inside and hand out your card
 with a little useful gift.
Like I said,
"Pure Genius"!
