Scrap Happy Chunky Blanket – Corner To Corner (C2C) By Sara Sach

 Scrap Happy Chunky Blanket
 Corner To Corner (C2C)
By Sara Sach of Posh Pooch Designs

My Chihuahua Rosie had to go to the Dog Emergency
room. She hurt her back jumping off the bed and
also hurt her paw. She had to have a little surgery.
I took her in her favorite blanket so she would feel more comfortable.  Well, She got nervous and had an
accident on her blanket. It's Max's favorite, too.
 OOPS!
We had to throw it out.

Old Favorite Blanket

That's okay Sweet Rosie, I will make you a new one.
So I got into my chunky yarn stash and began making
them a new blanket. It is made using the C2C technique.
This stitch pattern several names.
 This method has  been called
the "Crazy Stitch" And the "Diagonal Block Stitch",
as well as, other names. It is is commonly known as the
"Corner To Corner or C2C Stitch" that we are using today.

New Favorite Blanket

The Blanket is a Square when completed. Although,
I am making this for my dogs, it is not just for dogs.
It's perfect for anywhere or for anyone who needs
a blanket. And so you can make the square as
 large as needed.

It's Max and Rosie Approved!
